ORINOQUIA EXPEDITION 4 DAYS/3 NIGHTS

 

San Andres Ranch/ Guayana City / Delta of the Orinoco, Minimum 2 pax.

But if you are less than 2 you can always be joined to one of our groups.

Day 1: Arrive at the farm at 2:00 p.m. welcome cocktail.

Free recreation with availability of bicycles, swimming pool, etc.

 Diverse animal observation like terrestrial turtles, amphibious turtles, anacondas, constrictor boa, in captivity, diversity of birds and others.

Relax in the swimming pool and siesta in hammock. It has supper 7:30 p.m. to 8:00p.m.  Free Recreation open bar until 12:00am

Day 2: Breakfast at 7:00.a.m. and go by car to the region of Guayana, 2 hrs. Approximately, we will cross the great Orinoco River in an old ship for load cars (lighter). Arrival to Natural Park equipped by the nature with beautiful landscapes and wooded zones with majestic cascades and waterfalls with force telluric: Long walk by the park. We will visit the Hydroelectric Central Macagua II. It visits the Cachamay Park of characteristic similar to park the Llovizna where we’ll have our lunch. At the afternoon we will visit the Castles of Guayana, fortifications constructed by Spanish reign to protect it selves of the pirates and the towns of the creeks of the Orinoco River between centuries XVI and XVII. Return to the farm, has supper, free recreation and spend the night.

Day 3: Early at 6:00am, you will have the opportunity to observe the milking of the cows. Breakfast between 7:30 and 8:30am.

At 9:00 am will go by 4x4 towards a fluvial port of access to the Delta of the Orinoco to begin the fantastic adventure by boat into a river route thru the green forest of the Delta and see its great variety of flora and fauna. Arrive to the village of Indians   Warao ethnic group, direct bonding with them, knows its customs, the indigenous houses, his way of subsistence of a millenarian culture.

Long walk inside of the jungle to know closely the variety of plants many of them unique in world like the Temiche used to construct the ceilings of the Indian houses. Its fruit coquito with potable water in its interior, in addition will have the opportunity to taste if you wants the worm of the Palm of Moriches very rich in proteins. We will stop to fish to the savages piranhas and if we are like we will be able to observe most beautiful and famous blue butterfly (morpho). Lunch type packet-luch. Return to farm after the lunch. Free recreation, have supper and it spends the night.

Day 4: Early morning Ride a horse thru the fields or in pick-up 4x4 by the pastorals of the ranch and participate in the regrouping in the corrals of the cows and learn the technique of connected and immobilization of the cattle made by llaneros. Lunch 12:30p.m. 2:00p.m. end of the excursion.
